Letter of Introduction
I am pleased to advise you of a new entrant into the PE Pipeline
Fittings market place in Australia, New Zealand and International
markets using metric sized PE 100 Pressure Pipe.
PIPESTAR AUSTRALIA Pty Ltd is now able to supply
Sweep Bends manufactured from PE pressure pipe to AS/NZS 4130,
ranging from 50mm to 250mm diameter in SDR 11 and SDR17, PE100,
under the registered trademark “ARCBENDS”.
Bends are initially available in centreline
radii of curvature generally 3 times pipe diameter and progressively
in selected diameters, also in 2 times pipe diameter. Equipment
is under construction that will enable the range to be extended
up to 630mm and down to 50mm diameter.
A range of state-of-the-art sophisticated technology is utilised,
initially patented in 2006 and further developed over the
last 4 years, resulting in high-throughput- capable equipment
completely unique to PIPESTAR AUSTRALIA Pty Ltd.
By virtue of this technology incorporating PRECISELY CONTROLLED
PROCESS conditions, every bend supplied will be of the highest
possible quality in all respects according to the following
criteria of critical attributes:
- Every Bend angle will be accurate [within tight tolerances],
essentially identical to others of the same spec, and
very highly resistant to reversion.
- Bend spigots are suitable for butt welding and electrofusion.
- Only PE100 pipe that meets the dimensional requirements
of AS/NZS 4130 will be used [bending equipment cannot
process dimensionally off spec pipe] - consequently the
outside diameter of every sweep bend will meet the same
standard, throughout the
length of the bend.
In respect of the technical capabilities of
personnel directing the development and implementation of
technology created within PipeStar, overseeing daily production
and maintaining adherence to quality standards, I can advise
that I developed and provided the technology and was a founding
shareholder of PipeStar International Inc in Canada, which
is now the sole supplier of locally manufactured, high quality
sweep bends in Canada and North and South America.
I am now pleased to be in collaboration with, and assisted
by, individuals with over 30 years experience in PE pipe systems,
specialised PE manufacturing processes and automated process
equipment.
We have been in the process of building up large
stocks of product and moving rapidly to being in a position
to supply most orders on an EX STOCK BASIS. With high-throughput-capable
equipment, we would present a positive supply program to meet
